Looking for something slightly different to include in Christmas Eve presents or Christmas Presents?

Why not grab this awesome collection of 2 diverse short stories with a festive theme. Its becoming increasingly clear how crucial diversity is to not just awareness of the world, but awareness of ourselves and the overall betterment of our life experience. Diverse stories and voices are on the increase but there's still a gap. With these 2 short stories, you delve into Bih's Cameroonian Christmas experience as well as Serilda's Mexican Festive experience. Here's a little bit more about the short stories:

Bih's Christmas:

It’s Christmas Day in Boyo, Cameroon. Nine year old Bih is excited for the day ahead of her. What 9yr old wouldn’t be? I mean there’s clothes, presents and the excitement of Christmas preparation. But there’s also exhausting church services and a bossy older sister to work around. What antics will Bih pull to keep this day special? Join Bih on a Cameroonian Christmas journey of fun, food and a healthy helping of problems.

Bih's Christmas by Kirsten Mbawa brings light to Christmas as it is spent in diverse shores other than our own.

No Year's Eve:

What’s the point of New Years’ Eve? I mean, it’s just an opening to another miserable year of school and homework and weekends that seem to zoom by – it doesn’t do good to anyone. At least that’s what Serilda thinks.

However, soon Serilda discovers there is much more to this festivity than she believes and decides she must change her ways. And a good job she did – would you like to be a ghost for the entirety of your life?
